Programme Design & Scope
We assess participant demographics, anticipated volume, occupational or academic requirements, location and the appropriate screening scope.
Aarav Eye Care works with companies, schools, factories, associations and residential communities to plan organised vision-screening programmes for groups.
The screening format is planned according to the participant group, estimated number of people, venue, available time, required tests and agreed follow-up process.
Before confirmation, both parties will agree on the screening scope, participant volume, venue, staffing, equipment, reporting approach, referral process, programme date and commercial proposal.
Designed for workplaces, factories, schools, institutions, communities and other organised groups.
We assess participant demographics, anticipated volume, occupational or academic requirements, location and the appropriate screening scope.
Scheduling, participant communication, privacy, equipment, clinical staffing and onsite flow are planned with your nominated coordinator.
Participants who need further evaluation receive clear next-step guidance, supported by an agreed organisation-level reporting framework.
Share your organisation and delivery requirements so our corporate team can recommend an appropriate scope.
Share the organisation type, participant profile, estimated number of people, location and primary objectives.
The team will propose the screening components, clinical staffing, equipment, participant flow and whether the programme should be conducted onsite or at an Aarav centre.
Aarav Eye Care and the organisation will align on dates, participant communication, consent, privacy, venue readiness and onsite coordination.
Participants receive individual guidance based on the screening scope. Organisation-level reporting is provided only in the format agreed in advance and without unnecessary disclosure of personal medical information.

Participants with symptoms or findings that require further assessment are guided towards an appropriate consultation or investigation at an Aarav Eye Care centre.
Programme design depends on participant volume, location, clinical scope and delivery model.
A tailored proposal is prepared from participant volume, location, clinical scope, staffing, equipment, logistics, reporting requirements and the selected delivery model.
Onsite delivery may be recommended after reviewing venue space, privacy, power, participant flow, equipment access and clinical-safety requirements. A centre-based schedule can also be proposed.
Programme capacity depends on clinical scope, delivery model, available hours and venue readiness. Share an approximate participant count and our team will recommend an appropriate plan.
The agreed programme scope covers only screening and eye-health education. Diagnosis, detailed investigations and treatment are arranged separately through an appropriate consultation.
