When you use an Aarav Eye Care website form, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, preferred centre, eye-care concern, message, contact preference and consent choices. Appointment preferences and basic campaign or referring-page details may also be recorded where applicable.

We use the information to respond to enquiries, route requests to the appropriate centre or eye-care service, coordinate appointment requests, prevent duplicate records, maintain operational follow-up and protect the security of our systems.
Website forms and medical information
Public website forms are intended for administrative enquiries and appointment requests. Please do not submit a diagnosis, clinical records or highly sensitive medical details through these forms. A submitted appointment request is not a confirmed appointment.
CRM records and authorised access
Form submissions create an enquiry record in the Aarav Eye Care CRM. Access is limited to authorised team members and service providers who need the information to operate, secure or support the requested service. We do not sell personal information.
Career applications and CV storage
When you apply for a role, the website stores your application details and CV in restricted recruitment storage. The authorised CRM receives your name, phone number, email address, current and preferred location, role, application reference, short message and basic campaign or referring-page details so the recruitment team can follow up. The CV file itself is not transferred to the CRM. Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers supporting recruitment and system security.
Communication consent
Transactional communication about your enquiry is separate from optional marketing communication. Where offered, you may choose whether Aarav Eye Care can respond on WhatsApp or send optional eye-health updates.
Retention, security and your choices
Information is retained only for legitimate care coordination, operational, security and legal needs. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect it. You may contact us to request access to, correction of or an appropriate update to your information, subject to applicable requirements.
